Team Sessions
Session Times: Sunday Evening 6:30pm to 9pm Tues/Thurs/Friday Evening 7:30pm to 10pm
The Team Sessions run four times a week, and are designed to create a competitive platform from which our more serious members are able to reach their full potential. All Team members currently compete, and are typically training with a view to competing at National and International level. Except in exceptional circumstances, all Team members are expected to attend every session; this is vital to ensure consistency, structure and safety in training.
Typically the team decide the structure of their training together including which competitions to train for, attending together to ensure every Team member is able to perform to the best of their ability.
Any member who wishes to focus their progression with a view to training with the Team, should make this intention clear, and our instructors will ensure that you are supported. All members will need to build solid foundations in strength and technique before joining the Team.
These sessions are a great transition from the Club and Squad sessions into a more regular, intense training environment, and are attended by intermediate to advanced lifters. These sessions are ideal for:
