Sessions
British
Barbell sessions are team-based; all training members are expected to
train in small groups based on their goals, ability and exercise
selection. This policy increases motivation, enjoyment and safety. This
is also a good way to build partnerships with other lifters, to ensure
that you have the best support and assistance for when you come to
compete.
Initially
anyone interesting in training with the Club should come to a Club
session, from there all members can request to move into the more
regular sessions.
