Benjamin Banks

Ben was promoted to National Referee in 2009, after passing his Divisional exam in 2007 under the watchful eye of Janis Kerr, an IPF Category 1 referee. This qualifies him to referee all competitions below National level. Ben has first hand experience of Divisional, National and International refereeing, so will be able to advise all of our lifters what the referees will expect.

Rebecca Yeoh

Rebecca was promoted to National Referee at the end of 2008, after qualifying as a Divisional Referee at the same time as Ben. Rebecca has refereed at a range of competitions and spectated at many National and International competitions, and is fully aware of the strictness of the judging at all these levels.

John Halfacre

John is an IPF Category 1 referee, the highest level attainable. John has served as a Chief Referee, member of the Jury and examiner for many competitions from divisional through to  international. He will be able to give sound advice to any members of the Club preparing to face their referees examinations or competing at the top levels.
