Club Sessions

 

Session Times:

Saturday Morning 10:30am to 12pm

 

The Club Sessions are the weekly open sessions. These sessions are the best starting point for all new training members, and are attended by a wide range of lifters from novices right through to international lifters. These sessions are ideal for:

- Novice lifters getting their first taste of the sport

- Athletes from other sports using Powerlifting to increase their performance

- Lifters living a distance from the Club who wish to take advantage of the facilities.
